No Show/Cancellation Policy

No-Show

● If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the service cost they wish to book for their next appointment.

● If the client fails to show up again, the deposit will be non-refundable and will be given to the stylist as compensation. If the client attends the appointment, the deposit will be applied to the cost of the service. 

Cancellation

● Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 24 hrs notice will be granted a one-time courtesy waiver for the cancellation fee.

● After using the one-time courtesy waiver, any subsequent cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will require the client to adhere to the no-show policy, including the deposit requirement.
